French Cooking Class – Bourgogne
Learn how to make traditional French meals in an intimate and fun setting, then enjoy them with a glass of wine and a convivial conversation with your chef. We will visit four different French areas during the week from July 7-10. Attend as many days as you like. Classes are taught by Brigitte Gomane.
$60 for members / $70 for non-members (each class)
$20 off for package of 4 classes.
Price includes class + dinner & glass of wine + conversation and learning basic cooking vocabulary in French.

- Poulet Gaston Gérard: poulet à la crème, moutarde et comté râpé
